“Replacement of damaged delivery”

My delivery of flowers with glass vase was thrown over a 7 foot gate on a day when there was torrential rain. When I returned home I found the delivery card (Yodel) and rescued a very damaged flower arrangement. I rang interflora and after explaining the problem the person I spoke to consulted a supervisor and a completely new arrangement , with a vase was delivered the next day. Well done
