I recently purchased an item that was delivered damaged (broken). I contacted the Goodwill where it was purchased and spoke with the shipping coordinator. She was very apologetic and concerned about what had happened. She took my information and we communicated via email. I was given a full refund with no problems. I have never had any issues before with items and this confirms my support of Goodwill. I will continue to use this site with assurance and satisfaction.
