We really enjoyed our holiday but experienced poor customer service from the agent we dealt with at imagine india. We went on a very expensive holiday but were made to feel awkward at various points of the planning process as we wanted to explore different options for our holiday. This didn't make us feel like valued clients. Once the holiday was booked there were several 'hiccups' during the administration process which made the whole process very stressful and not what you would expect from a firm like this. The representatives we met on the holiday were great and were miles ahead of their collegues in the way we were dealt with and made to feel.The hotels we stayed in were good and we enjoyed ourselves but were very disappointed that there was no follow up call or email to find out if we enjoyed our holiday or not. Surely a company of this supposed excellence would have cared about the enjoyment of the product they were selling and be keen up rectify any dissatisfaction felt on the clients side. Overall a good holiday but based on customer service we won't be recommending imagine india.
