“sorted in the end”

I have been with MCE for a number of years now, I have just got myself a new big bike but after trying 3 times I failed to get a quote for it. I got cut off twice and one person didn't understand what I was asking. I tweeted saying I was not happy and big ed sent me a reply saying he will get someone to call me and sort the problem once and for all. I didn't really expect much but clearly MCE are a company the listen and don't like to lose customers. I got a phone call about 45mins later from a very nice guy called Carl, he knew his bikes and I felt more like a friend than a customer, he was happy to talk me over all the options and everything I asked was never too much. I then had a choice to make and wasn't fully sure why to pick so Carl was more than happy saying "do you want to this k about it and I will call you tomorrow?" He even asked what time and he called bang on time. I feel this is how top end service should be not once did he "push" me to make a choice or bully his views onto me. Like I said it was like talking to a good friend that just showed you the options and answered all of my questions. I do like many of the other staff that I had to talk to but sometimes you get the odd person that's not in the mood for work or just can not understand how motorcycle licences work. Big thanks to Carl and all that helped :)
