“PO Broadband - AVOID”

Until recently, a useable service but it has become vitually unuseable and their tech support are both clueless and ineffective. More failed promises than I can count.
Service was acceptable when BT were the PO's provider but I understand that Talk Talk now provide their service - need I say more. PO have no influence or clout with their provider. Frequently I get less than 1Mbps and during evenings and weekends, the connection repeatedly fails.
Today they have told me that there's nothing more they can do!
Absolutely hopeless. I have just requested MAC code to leave. AVOID like the plague.
