“Excellens service”

I was very impressed with the standard of service when I called eBookers in the UK. I had made a flight reservation from Sacramento to San Francisco online. Realizing a bit later that there was an earlier flight than the one I had chosen, I called eBookers to ask if I could change my booking. The lady on the phone was most helpful. She clearly told me what they could do, and bingo, my flight was changed, all credit card transactions were done quickly, and what was really nice was to get such a helpful and polite person to talk to.
