“Effecient and down to earth opionion ”

Told the agent that i was interested in the nile cruise and the dates and budget . They Went away and called back with what i was asking about .Explained that i wanted to talk to husband about dates and price and would call back . didnt feel pressured into making a decision there and then . Had to reload all the details and was offered a call back which happened as promised . Recieved email confirmation and some dates were incorrect , called the next day and informed and was told this was a ''typo '' and new confirmation was sent again . Hope it was a typo and my accomodation is booked for the correct date ! While on the call to ammend the dates was told a few things about my planned trip , would have been good to have been told this before i booked and perhaps the trip and itinery gone into a bit more detail .Confirmation was clear to read and understand .
