I ordered shoes back in November, I sent e-mails to their customer service department saying I had not received them 8 weeks later and did not get a response. I eventually called them on an expensive customer service line to be told even though my order had been processed online and I received email confirmation, they had been out of stock and they would have written to me to tell me so. I hadn't received a letter from them although I do get sent plenty of promotional e-mails and a catalogue (although I did request not to be sent anything via email or post.) The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, did not so apologise or offer to do anything about it. When I said I had not received a letter she simply said that it would have been sent.
