Air Canada lost our luggage (all 3 bags). It has been over 8 days and still no phone calls or updates from AC. Instead I've called the last 4 days and they change the story every time. The baggage claim telephone "agents" are obviously answering from a 3rd world country (India or ?). They are not only difficult to understand, but they have no ability to accurately confirm the location of the baggage and they can't tell you when someone will contact you or deliver the bags. AC baggage handling is a completely broken system and the staff are incompetent. I will never fly AC again. I am grateful we have choices to avoid using AC in the future.
