“Fantastic service”

5year old daughter fell on holiday so I rang and they were fantastic told me which hospital to attend for her in orlando (childrens one) by the time that I got to the hospital they had received the fax confirming cover, she was seen and had fractured her arm. Whilst still away the rang to see how we had got on and so far on our return all I have had to do is send the discharge letter from the hospital. So all in all I have had a fantastic experience. I must point out though that I did try to claim for a phone the my eldest daughter used and because I said that she was the last to have it they would not pay out for that but the TRAVEL INSURANCE experience all I can say is EXCELLENT
