“Great Savings”

I ordered aFord Mondeo in June from Buyacar as the £6k saving they offered was unbeatable. I wanted a September delivery which due to being a factory order was not going to be a problem (and Buyacarwould hold the registration if the car was ready earlier). However Ford had a problem with the colur paint i required delaying production and delivery to the UK till December.I checked with a local dealer who confirmed this was a known issue (and not a Buyacar excuse).During this period I was given monthly updates from Customer Support. There were further delay dueto the bad weather in December but early January the car was delivered without problem and i was pleased to see it was from a main Ford dealer - everyone would know

Their online website was really helpful and customer support provided good service throughout the 6 months

I,d recommend them to my friends and will use them again.

The only thing i would do differently is not sell my original car until i had a confirmed delivery date (as 3 months sharing the wifes car did not go down well) - but the wait was worth it.
