I ordered a shower cubicle which was unsuitable partly due to the very poor quality of the product, JT Spas would not arrange for collection this had to be done independently by me at a cost of £80. Confirmation of receipt of the product from them took several phone calls and emails and I was assured that the refund had been processed. Three months later I am still chasing the refund.
