“Rip off Company”

Unfortunately found out too late about this company, sent them 30g of 9ct gold valued at £270 and they haven't even supplied a weight to me just an offer of £160, the free returns service is just a first class stamp, thanks to other reviewers for tip on sending a special delivery envelope, have now done this today, and am now awiting the outcome, have been told that it will take ten working days once they receive the envelope, I will let you know the outcome, one other useful thing to do, is to instruct your bank not to accept any payment from LGR, in case they try to claim they had no prior knowledge of you refusing their offer.

If it takes considerably longer than ten days I will also threaten to go to the police.
