On Monday I bought a £5 Talk Home calling card which I needed to phone a Somaliland mobile. After entering my pin I was told that I had 100 minutes for the call...to my surprise this was not the case! I spoke for around 20 minutes then I got a warning that my credit was running low...a minute later the call was disconnected! I WILL BE CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICES AND ALSO CONSUMER ACTION AND OFCOM BECAUSE THIS IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF! I did not even hang up and redial...the call was undisturbed. This is definitely not value for money and they need to be clear about the minutes that are being quoted and also need to ensure that customers get value for money. They have also changed some of the access numbers...they now begin with 0330. I will NEVER purchase another Talk Home card and I would not recommend this to ANYONE whatsoever!
