“Surprise fees”

Book the Hawks Cay resort for what I thought was a real deal... The nice gentleman on bookit told me about the "resort fee" but I assumed everything was included in the price (as other booking web sires do)... I was surprised to find that it wasn't and had to pay an extra $60... The price isn't the issue, it's the extra hassle/stress involved in arguing with the hotel staff and then finding out you are wrong... Bad business practice as far as I am concerned and certainly would not book with them again...
