“Brilliant, Efficient, Very Personal ,Highly recommended!!”

Dial A Flight comes highly recommended! They have extremely compatible rates and better back-up than you would find when booking direct through airlines or other search engines! We have used them on numerous occasions and have always had brilliant service from travel consultant! Consultant is very courteous and efficient and you will get your booking within seconds and with really personal service. He will even ring you just before your flight just to ensure that you have everything you need! We have used him for several New York and Los Angeles flights, the last one only a few weeks ago.
Efficiency example : We booked three BA return flights with him to New York before Christmas a couple of years ago.The flight was cancelled because of snow at Heathrow. Their consultant performed miracles and within 5 hrs he managed to get us new seats on a BA flight to New York the next day and we still made it there before Christmas! Considering the amount of flight cancellations still in force and the back-log of passengers BA had to cope with, we are still in awe today! Had we booked direct with BA or through another search engine we would have never got to New York!! Full marks to them any time!
