Went on phone to book a holiday in Lanzarote. By the time he had finished with all his add ons, a cheap holiday that was advertised for less than £600 was costing £700 and that was not including transfers. Baggage for one was £48. Then once he had taken payment said the room we booked was sold and that we would have had to pay another £60 for an apartment.He then said he would put us up in another hotel. I refused and he then informed me it was too late as he booked the flights and only backed down when I challenged him on the legitimacy of his actions. I asked to speak to the manager and he assured me it was him(doubtful). So beware before ringing this crowd as a phone call costs a fortune. Never again.
