Applied 30th/of twelve 13 Accepted straight away heard nothing about Application rung on the 10th of january and was told Pin was on the way and if i still hadnt heard anything to ring back on the 14th(today) and am now told i have not been accepted for the card

So there customer service agents LIE to potential Customers

Then they Reverse there decision and dont notify you of the Change
