Ordered spare bulbs well before Christmas as a gift, got sent the wrong ones. Returned wrong ones to Busters after many emails to and fro. They still have not sent the replacements, despite the fact that they have reimbursed me for the return postage. After many chasing emails they have asked me once again for the original order details and my address. I sent all the documentation with the returned item. They have got a serious in their Customer Services department, they are either thick and do not care.
I will never order anything from them again.
