“Cineworld High Wycombe - too loud, AGAIN!”

On the 4th Jan 2014 I saw Mandela - Long Road to Freedom.
This is the third time I've visited the Cineworld High Wycombe in the last year and once again the sound levels were almost unbearably loud and marred my enjoyment of the movie. My ears were ringing for the rest of the day, like they do after a loud music gig.
As an Unlimited card holder I see 40+ films a year, mainly at Milton Keynes, but also at Llandudno, Feltham and Bedford. Nowhere else is the audio turned up anywhere near as loud as it is at High Wycombe...I'm presuming the people of Wycombe are hard of hearing :-/
