I purchased some wipes online just before Christmas for my Mam who is terminally ill and I'm caring for at home.I can't get out to the shops and this was a convenient way to shop.My purchase still hadn't arrived by January so I rang and was told that due to the Xmas holidays delivery may be delayed.Still no sign one week later so rang again to be told they were waiting for the stock to come in.I asked for a refund at this point.Its now 13 January and still my money hasn't been refunded.I don't have a great income as a carer and had to fork out yet again for the wipes I needed.
This is inconvenient.I will not use or recommend this company again.It's a loss for them really as I would have used them to buy all my equipment and things I needed for my Mam.
My advice to them would be...consider your customers and their situations.
DISGRACEFUL,DISAPPOINTING SERVICE.Now I have to ring for a 4th time to see where my refund is.This should NOT happen.
