“Very bad experience with booking.com”

I have reserved a special value offer hotel Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa in London. Booking decided to cancel the reservation without my permission. They said that is erorr fare and they are not responsible for anything!

So beware of this service, because when reserving hotels with them, you will never have confidence if your reservation is correct or will be cancelled, especially if it is special rate.
