“Filthy and freezing”

After booking online and paying 1.50 for the privilege you arrive and there are only 2 machines to get your tickets and the queue is enormous. Then you go to the toilet and have to hold your nose to stop yourself being sick because of the smell. The queue for the refreshments is enormous so you don't bother.You then queue for the auditorium because it is not ready on time. After being let in you sit down and start shaking because it is freezing cold. I liked nothing about Vue cinemas and they obviously have no respect for their customers. A Saturday evening ruined. The experience will not be repeated as we will go to Everyman in Leeds from now on.
