“A-GRADE EXPERIENCE!!!”

Thank you so much to all the staff that helped out on this one. I have used Vivid for four concerts in recent months and have each time had excellent service.I had a couple cancel two days before the event and Vivid helped upload the tickets for resale and last night they really came through for me. I arrived at the Billy Joel concert with business associates somehow missing a ticket, customer service stayed on the phone with me until it was resolved and everything worked out, it was a great night! Definetly becoming a more loyal customer. Thank you again
