“Resort Lagoa Azul, Goa, India”

We booked another hotel first, but after completing some research on the internet we realised that we need to change the hotel.
I called Olympic customer service regarding the hotel and they were very friendly and helpful. They confirmed that there were no complains regarding this hotel in the last 2 years.
Despite this we decide to change the hotel and go to Resort Lagoa Azul.
I think it was not very fair that we were charged 100 Pounds by Olympic Holidays just because we wanted to change the booking and the hotel we were staying.
Anyhow the change was processed correctly and we did not have any problems.

At Resort Lagoa Azul we were given a room that was smelling extensively of damp. The next morning we complained and we were given another room which still was not what we expected but it was much better.
The service in Resort Lagoa Azul was exceptional.
The food in restaurant was good, but service was very slow, they tried to keep people in restaurant as long as possible.

The representative from Olympic Holidays was very good and helpful.
She gave us very good tips, and was very helpful when we wanted to take some of the excursions or for transport to/from hotel.

Goa is absolutely a beautiful place to visit.
