“Waste of time”

Called to find out if they had a part, was asked if the camera was mine (not that it was any of his business either way). Then gave him the part I needed and was told they dont do that part then asked for another part and was told its not in stock and would take 4 weeks to arrive form them. I stated that I could just order straight from manufacturer and was falsely told that I could not. Even though the manufacturer has a website that consumers can purchase directly and have despatched within 2 days not the 4 WEEKS quoted. The espares advisor then slammed the phone on me.
