In Oct I ordered 2 articles online and accidentally only one payment went through. As they do not send an email confirming payments - only the order placed - I did not realise that one thing was not paid for. They send me marketing letters nearly every day and well as emails so I tend to just bin them. However one I did open - I have now had to pay £60 for a £30 dress! Their customer service have no powers to help. I would never buy anything from them again!
