Order a model kit using paypal acct. . Had enough money left for a second cheap kit, that I could afford because of the combined postage. Received the e mail saying We got your order and money but we wont guarentee you your merchandise. No communicatin from company til after a partial order was sent. The Main kit was out of stock, although it was advertised as being available. The kit dissappeared of their web site the day after I ordered it. They new this kit was out of stock the day after I ordered it. Made no attempt to contact me until after partial order was shipped, not giving my the oppurtunity to cancel order. It was seven days from when they new the kit was out of stock before I heard a thing. Seeing that the kit was not on the emailed rec. was first I new it was not there. Im not upset about the lack of the kit even though it was advertized as being available, it was the deliberate lack of communication in order to keep the one sale rather than giving me the oppurtunity to cancel. I emailed customeer service and received a nasty response basically saying to bad for you, you should be happy with what you got. To make matters clear I did receive a refund for the kit I did not receive. They seemed mad that I was taking my business elsewhere from now on. But what do they expect when they dont have what I want, and jerk me around?
