I personally cannot fault The Entertainer customer service as they have been fantastic when i had some issues with the courier. I admit it did take a while to get through at times (but it is a really busy time of year) The called the courier for me, chased things up, called back when they said they would and replaced my order when the courier advised it was lost. I even received a follow - up call from the manager at the call centre to make sure i had got my replacement order and everything was ok. Great Service!!
