It is very difficult to lodge a complaint against bravofly as they have no obvious customer care email and their phone contacts are not working (not in Australia anyway) or are so expensvie it prohibits complaints. The companies Australian number on their website and in my confirmation email does not work and the other number is in Europe and is 6 euro a call. Their facebook account does not allow you to write on their wall preventing other customer reviewing complaints. The whole feeling I get from my experience is that they are a fake company that are scamming me even though they are a real company but the impressions I get from how hard it is to claim a justifiable refund is that they are scamming me. If they reply back to me a resolve my complaint I will respond back to let people know they are contactable and are not as bas as all the reviews suggest but so far the worst customer care I have ever experienced.
I had a problem due to an error on Bravofly's part that resulted in me paying twice for the same checked in bag due to Bravofly sending Jetstar the wrong infromation.
