“Just as bad as ever!”

I've used this company in the past for items that are exclusive to Forbidden Planet and had to cancel the order because they simply never bothered to process it in the first place or took 4 weeks+ to even begin processing it.

Christmas came around and I saw an exclusive Dr Who "Titan" figure that you simply can't buy elsewhere. Thinking this would make a nice extra gift, I ordered it. Wish I hadn't bothered. It took them almost 3 weeks (again) to process and send the order out (now after Christmas). So now I'm playing the waiting game.

Absolutely will not use in future and I suggest others avoid them. You'll have better luck on eBay international orders.
