I made a error on my online booking. I booked the wrong resort in Jamaica and I had several concerns with the distance of the resort from the airport. I contacted the bookit customer service and explained the situation. The agent I spoke with was kind, understanding, and more than willing to assist me in correcting my problem. I am extremely happy about the level of customer service I received and my agent fixed my problem. I go on this vacation in May and I will follow with more information about my experience.
