After signing up for newsletter I was disappointed to find out that £20 discount advertised could not be used as I was using a credit note for a cancelled Egyptian holiday.
When the operator suggested an additional £20 booking fee I did quite well not to loose my rag!
That said, the operator was helpful (booking fee waived) and we booked a good holiday at an appropriate price without paying for extortionate hold luggage.
