“Booking & Admin Team Very Helpful”

The booking process with Travel Up today has been extremely helpful and my flights were confirmed quickly. After experiencing lots of drama trying to find suitable flights from UK to Thailand, in the price bracket I could afford and with short connectivity times on change over flights before the flights seem to quickly go up in price, I decided to call Travel Up directly. The operator i got through to did all of the searching for me and called me back when he had found the best option. The email and telephone communication was excellent throughout the day, when you are paying large sums of money for flights and in this instance across cards, it can get quite stressful so the great customer service was appreciated. I had not used this company before but had read their reviews. The call handlers were very friendly despite my numerous calls during the day to ensure my purchase was going through ok. Thank you.
