I tried to order a pair of trainers for my boyfriend for his birthday. Firstly, I placed the order on the 26th December and transferred money from my savings account to cover the costs. However, the money did not transfer until the next day, being boxing day and all. My fault, I accept this. However, I was shocked that Runners Need sent me an email confirming my order number and then never told me that there was insufficient money in my account. So, I continued to think I had placed an order until the 2nd January when I really started to become concerned about where my trainers were. So, I ordered another pair and have been told today (6th January) that my order cannot be dispatched as the Nike deliveries expected for the end of December have not arrived. I am appalled that it has taken until the 6th for this information to be given to me when surely this was known when I placed my order. God only knows when I will receive the package. My boyfriend shall be very disappointed come Sunday. So so unimpressed. Worst website I have ever used.
