“Appalling customer service and a rip off”

Signed up, paid £10.99, waited 2 weeks and still no game posted. Added some ANCIENT games to my rental list and was finally posted a title from 2011 3 weeks into the first month of my subscription.

Decided to cancel so put in a cancellation request and was informed that I would need to return my disk by the 3rd January to avoid being charged another month. I returned the game by Special Delivery and got an email from them on the 2nd January saying they had indeed received it.

Then they charged me for another month on the 3rd, even after confirming my account had been cancelled.

Tried to call the number on the site but nobody ever answers. Emailed customer services days ago and still no response. So I basically paid almost 24 quid to BORROW a game for a week which I could have bought from amazon for £7.99.

I cannot recommend avoiding this pathetic excuse for a company enough.
