Happy with Service and Price ,no problems to date ,having signed up June 2013 .
Speed very consistent Price very good no internet throttling when downloading like other ISP providers .
Customer Service Tech help superb very clued up unlike other ISP who use cheap labour foreign cue card reading call centres Orange (EE) Talk Talk & Sky (previous ISP that i have had the misfortune of signing up too) .
Only had to call Plusnet twice first time unable to log into my router and change my email address .
