“Totally Disgruntled Customer”

I purcased a splashback, which was guaranteed to me to be the same colour as the upstands which I also purchased. On arrival, the colours are completely different. Also the splashback is now revealing lifting in areas, where the company's provided adhesive was used.
But the most infuriating thing is the complete lack of response from the company. So far it's been non existent. In such a climate as today, you would think businesses would try and keep customers satisfied. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Disgusted, dismayed and definately never going to use this company again.
