“Wish I could give Zero stars”

Yes they really ARE that rubbish. The card has served its purpose for me as it has helped me repair my credit. Unfortunately, dealing with the (&£($&% (insert your own expletive there) in their so called customer service team is the stuff of nightmares. I was supposedly a gold card member but all that seemed to entitle me to was rude and ignorant staff when I called with a query - and this was virtually without exception. I have chopped the card up into the smallest, sharpest little pieces and sent it back to them telling them about their poor customer service and my inability to actually use the card at random times. Of course, I've had reason to complain previously to them about staff, but you never even get a response.

If you value your sanity, LEAVE WELL ALONE - these are a bunch who don't give a toss as long as they have your money. Try anthe credit builder card if you possibly can.
