As a loyal customer at boohoo, I took the opportunity to order so clothes for over Christmas as I was going to see family. Placing my order on the 10th of December 2013 I am still waiting on the 4th of January!! Although my money came out pretty quickly....
In contacting customer services SEVERAL times, being told it take '2-3 working days' and 'to expect some deltas over Christmas' which is fair enough but after being told the same thing from several people, and they would 'look into it' I am still waiting!!
Finally sent another email saying I just wanted a refund as I didn't want the goods anymore for all the trouble they have caused, I can no lt have a refund as my order isn't 'complete' and even if it was it will take 21 days to refund. Absolutely furious as this time of year it is more than possible it has been stolen and yet I have been charged!! There's a reason they don't have a phone number to call! Will NOT be using them again and neither will my family and friends!
