I booked an experience and due to circumstances I needed to change the day of it. So, I called at 12:00 today and the woman said that she would call me back in 15 minutes, I waited and waited and called back asking whether I was going to get a phone call or not, yet again the woman said that I would be getting a phone call just after lunch. Again, I waited and called back - feeling so angry and now the woman has told me that the person I want to speak to is on the phone and I will get a call back shortly. This is really annoying me as it is quite urgent and I have been waiting 4 hours for a simple phone call. Buy a gift, I don't think I will be ordering from you again because your customer service is very poor.
