“Misleading Information on website”

No stars for me.
Purchased a tablet, when I received the invoice it was not for the tablet I had ordered, queried this and after a couple more e-mails from me with no response I had to phone to cancel order. 10p per minute call lasting 8 minutes after being put on hold.
Now have to wait 4-5 working days to get money back aaargh.
