Having had an accident very recently I Was informed by the sales team of the insurers that Ageas would contact myself regards the accident. I didn t here anything back from them. When I rang the company I gave all of the details of the collision. Later on in the day a very rude woman was fabricating events to myself on the phone and it was just awful, bad service. it now looks like they might not even insure us. so we are very much in limbo with our car which we thought was insured. we provided all documents three times with recorded delivery. It ll be cheaper to get the damage repaired ourselves and a lot quicker. This outfit couldn't win an argument with themselves. If they are classing themselves as insurers they should do what they underwrite themselves and payout after an accident. The government should remove them as they are misrepresentation to the general motorist. One star for their absolute disgrace.
