“NO FLOWERS DELIVERED”

I ORDERED SOME FLOWERS FOR MY MOTHER IN LAW WHO LIVES IN FRANCE FOR HER BIRTHDAY IN AUGUST ONE WEEK PASSED NOTHING.PESTIGE DID NOT ASK FOR CONTACT DETAILS FOR MY RECIPIENT. I EMAILED PRESTIGE WHOM SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT THEY CAME BACK APOLOGISING AND OFFERED TO RESEND SOME FLOWERS,. I DID NOT SEE THE POINT AND WANTED A REFUND, THEY SAID THEY COULD ONLY OFFER A REPLACEMENT ORDER TO USE AT MY DISCRETION.THIS WAS VERY, VERY EMBARESSING AND I HAD TO SEND HER SOMETHING ELSE. I THEN AT THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER RESENT AN EMAIL FOR MY REPLACMENT ORDER,DELAY TACTIC EMAILS WERE SENT TO ME AND NO FLOWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
