PURCHASED A LAPTOP FROM DABS FOR MY SONS CHRISTMAS PRESENT. WHEN IT WAS OPEND ON CHRISTMAS DAY IT WORKED FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, THEN THE SCREEN WENT BLANK AND DID NOT WORK AGAIN.I TRIED TO CONTACT DABS VIA THE ONLINE PHONE NUMBER THIS WAS NOT RECOGNISED WHICH WAS A GOOD START. AFTER EMAILING MY PROBLEM TO THEM I GOT A REPLY SAYING THAT I HAVE TO SORT THE PROBLEM OUT MYSELF WITH THE MANUFACTURER.THERE WAS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND, NOT EVEN AN APPOLOGY.I AM NOW STUCK WITH A BROKEN LAPTOP THAT I HAVE TO GET REPAIRD MYSELF.AVOID DABS ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED.
