“Tale of Two Halves”

First Mortgage with Accord 2 years ago. Due to break up sold house and paid Mortgage back within 14month.
FIRST Mortgage went smooth....

Now have just taken another with Accord and what a nighmare this one was.
They had 8weeks to sort yet only 2 days beforehand did they agree to provide the mortgage. I would have happily went to Nationwide or my own bank as both already offered but Accord kept me dangling for so long I had not much option but to hang on with them. Utter disgrace, lost paperwork / 3 times they sent me paperwork for someone else / confusion their end as to what property I was buying.

Simply put as soon as I clear the 3 years payments then can move without penalty I shall move providers .

Shame as the 1st was easy / The 2nd was diabolical
