“Lack of communication and caring ”

First let me say I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication on Expedia part of returning phone calls an emails. We purchased our package on Expedia and even bought travel insurance. On landing in Istanbul Austrian airlines lost our luggage, we finally received our luggage 8 days later on Christmas night. We incurred nearly $1000 in expenses. No one at Expedia has returned our calls, we were disconnected 8 times on phone calls. We asked that our final destination be Tulsa instead of Chicago on 1-2-14 and still no answer. We work for the US State department and believe me, complaints will be made. I am so disgusted with Expedia today, I want to submit an article to "traveler" magazine. Still no return call on 12-31-13
