“poor after sales and very slow internet”

I have just took a faulty nokia phone back to our local store for repair only to be told that they don't deal with repairs anymore and I would have to deal with nokia direct.I pointed out that my contract was with them not nokia ,but all they said was it was nokia policy so they wouldn't do anything other than issue me with an 0845 telephone number,and we all know how much 0845 numbers cost.In the end I bullied them into contacting nokia on my behalf but I have still had to pack the item and wait around all day for UPS to collect the phone.I think this diabolical service on an item which is 2 months old and under warranty,an opinion which the store manager agreed with. I also have an "all you can eat" data contract with them which I was assured would work great with my Galaxy phone on tethering, they even checked coverage for my area which they said was very good but its not much better than the land line connection I used before.Not a very happy customer!
