“Robotic customer service”

Computer says Noooooooo!
Absolute waste of time, called now 5 times and now sent a letter to complain. Basically I opened an account 2 years ago just for an offer only to purchase, anyway my partner did the same thing this year same address has me, then only to find I was billed so offer does not apply to old customers, now trying to tell them this is a mistake and its the wrong account is a nightmare, I cant cancal until bill paid for and items sent back, which we did but still having trouble with the thick has ship (sorry wont allow swear words) customer service.
If you don't want a constant headache by this company "STAY AWAY" You get more response from Dead phone line!
