Customer service representatives try their best but are limited I repaid my loan early yet got changed interest for the days it took the payment to debit my account this wasn't explained on the phone, mis leading information, disadvantaged because I repaid early! Will not use again. Contacted customer service account was forwarded to a manager, was told to wait 24-48 hours for response, no response so I yet again have to waste my time contacting Quickquid for them to forward my account onto a manager yet again and still waiting for a response? Tried calling customer services and the call cut off 4 times yet when I want to pay they answer the phone! Paid my loan off 3 weeks ago in full and it's still showing that I owe money! Ridiculous service! No help whatsoever
